At Rising Lotus Therapies, we offer a compassionate and holistic approach to individual therapy for children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based practices to help clients process and heal from their experiences. We work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Trauma can have a significant impact on families. At Rising Lotus Therapies, we offer family therapy using techniques of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Mindfulness and other therapeutic techniques, to help families navigate the impact of trauma on their relationships and communication. Our therapists work collaboratively with families to develop personalised treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based practices to help families build communication skills, develop a deeper understanding of each other's experiences, and strengthen their relationships.

At Rising Lotus Therapies, we offer trauma-informed well-being workshops to schools, charities and other organisations.
The workshops we offer wide from a range of physical and mental wellbeing workshops and therapies.
Our creative workshop themes can include (but are not limited to) anxiety and depression, stress and overwhelm, self confidence. self care.
Our workshops are delivered through a trauma-informed lense and are designed to incorporate aspects of mindfulness, emotional regulation, stress-release, creativity, connection to nature.
Our vision is that through creative well being, new skills and hobbies will be taken away to support each individual.

At Rising Lotus Therapies, we offer trauma-informed yoga as an adjunct to therapy. Trauma can be stored in the body, and yoga can be a powerful tool for healing and integration. Our therapists are trained in trauma-informed yoga and offer individual and group sessions. We work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized yoga practices that meet their unique needs and goals.​
